Airport collections at DOH
Hamad International Airport is Qatar’s main international passenger gateway. A useful airport transfer brief should include the flight number, airline, travel date, group size, luggage quantity, the name of the arrival coordinator and the exact onward hotel or venue. Airport meeting points and permitted coach collection arrangements may change, so agree them in the final written confirmation.
For departing passengers, supply the airline’s required check-in time and request a collection schedule that allows for loading, traffic and terminal entry. If passengers arrive on separate flights, state whether all groups will travel together or need separate vehicles. A private transfer request does not include a confirmed airport permit or reserved bus until specifically agreed with the operator.
